Refund and Returns Policy

At Edible Oil Hub, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order of mustard oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, and honey. Because our products are consumable food items, our return and refund policy works a little differently from a general retail store — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products, but we stand fully behind the quality of what we sell.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged (such as a leaking or broken bottle), defective, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Share clear photos or a short video of the product, packaging, and the issue
- Keep the item in its original packaging until the issue is resolved
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund via your original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa) or, for Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa to your provided account.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Because our products are consumable food items, for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal
- Products without their original packaging or label
- Products past their best-before/expiry date at the time of purchase confirmation
- Orders where the issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery
This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund for a genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect item as described in Section 2.
4. Change of Mind
Since our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns simply due to change of mind once an order has been dispatched. If you’d like to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it — we can usually make changes if the order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though the return/refund terms above will still apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a return or issue is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout:
- JazzCash / Easypaisa payments: refunded to the same wallet
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer to an account you provide
If you haven’t received your refund within this window, please check your JazzCash/Easypaisa transaction history first, then contact us — bank and mobile wallet processing can occasionally take a little longer on their end.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return. If you’d like to return an item for any other reason where we’ve agreed to an exception, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
8. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
For bulk or wholesale orders, please refer to the specific terms agreed at the time of purchase. Bulk orders are inspected before dispatch, and any issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photo evidence, as outlined in Section 2.
