Yes. All product images on Edible Oil Hub are of the actual items we stock — we don't use stock photography for our oils and honey. Bottle sizes, labels, and packaging may vary slightly between batches due to supplier updates, but the product inside remains the same quality and formulation shown in the listing.
If you ever receive something that doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Yes. All our oils are sourced directly from Shaukat Oil Mills and are 100% pure, cold-pressed, and free from any blending or artificial additives. Every batch is quality-checked before it reaches our warehouse, and we're happy to share lab/quality certification details on request.
Once your order is confirmed, an invoice is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into My Account → Order History.
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us at info@edibleoilhub.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item. Approved returns are picked up or exchanged at no extra cost. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used oil/honey bottles unless the product itself is defective.
Yes — most items are restocked within 3-7 business days depending on the product and season. You can click "Notify Me" on any out-of-stock product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and most major cities via our courier partners. Delivery timelines are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. As per our company policy, all orders must be paid online in advance.

Store oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Honey may naturally crystallize over time — this is normal and doesn't affect quality; simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form.
