We feature products from multiple brands, including our own brand(s) as well as products sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

Not all products listed are manufactured by us; some are sourced from independent Brand Partners.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

In case of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
An order confirmation (via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call) does not guarantee final acceptance until the order is dispatched.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
JazzCash
Easypaisa
Bank Transfer (where applicable)

By choosing COD, you agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restricted account access or requirement of advance payment for future orders.
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete financial/card information on our servers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or delivery agent.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or courier service disruptions.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Given the nature of our products (consumable food items), the following return policy applies:

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo/video evidence, via WhatsApp or email.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used food products unless there is a genuine quality defect.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit within 2-3 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; the standard return process will apply instead.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued where payment was already made.

11. Product Quality & Food Safety Disclaimer

All products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s stated shelf life and storage instructions printed on the packaging.
Customers are responsible for storing products as per label instructions after delivery.
We recommend checking product expiry dates and packaging integrity upon delivery before use.
Any allergy, health, or dietary concerns should be verified against the ingredient list on the product packaging before consumption. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, allergies, or failure to follow storage/usage instructions.
