If you ever receive something that doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Yes. All our oils are sourced directly from Shaukat Oil Mills and are 100% pure, cold-pressed, and free from any blending or artificial additives. Every batch is quality-checked before it reaches our warehouse, and we're happy to share lab/quality certification details on request.
Once your order is confirmed, an invoice is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into My Account → Order History.
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us at info@edibleoilhub.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item. Approved returns are picked up or exchanged at no extra cost. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used oil/honey bottles unless the product itself is defective.
